Classes We Offer
Welcome to Renton's premiere Hot Yoga Studio. However, we offer so much more! It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to get fitter and live a healthier lifestyle, but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where we come in. RCF Studio offers a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire. See the classes we offer below, and get in touch with us if you have any questions.
Buti
Buti Yoga is a celebration of movement, self acceptance, self love, compassion, and community. It is a combination of Dynamic Yoga Sequencing, Cardio Dance Sprints and Deep Core Conditioning. It is Vinyasa Remixed! We hit our mats to loud beats!
This practice challenges and helps connect you with a wild and primal aspect of yourself that will help free you from a restrictive mindset. It incorporates spiral structure technique to build long, lean muscle tone while bringing balance to your body's energetic and emotional systems.
Be prepared to burn up to as much as 900 calories per class. Average room temperature is 80. All levels welcome.
Hatha
HATHA is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes alignment and breath while entering, holding, and leaving the posture. It uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath while holding the poses to develop flexibility and relaxation.
--> All HATHA classes encourage proper alignment of the body, often include breathing and meditation techniques to bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner.
Hatha yoga is excellent for students who appreciate longer holds in individual postures and prefer a slower and more meditative approach to practice (while still reaping the benefits of a physical practice). Average room temperature is 105. All levels welcome.
Traditional Hatha at RCF Studio is a 75-minute sequence influenced by 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises with optional variations throughout the class. This is a class for all levels and is excellent for students who are new to hot yoga!
Yin
Work the connective tissues of our ligaments, joints and deep fascial networks in this meditative practice focused on deep stretching, breathing and relaxation. Props are used to support the body as postures are held for an extended time allowing for deep stretches that are soft, rather than muscle driven.
Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a regular practice of active asana.
Yin+Nidra Class ends with a guided Yoga Nidra savasana "yogic sleep" - a conscious state between wakefulness and sleep. The teacher's voice leads the shifting of your attention in a practice of letting go, willful emptying that leads to calmness, quietness and clarity.
YinYasa - Strengthen, Stretch and Relax! This unique class combines the active side of the Vinyasa flow (movement with breath) with the Yin (passive) poses that are held longer, allowing your body to melt into the pose while your mind remains calm. This nurturing and healing practice will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, spacious, balanced, and centered. Average room temperature is 85 degrees.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa translates as “placing with intention”. This class is a dynamic sequence of postures which all connect to each other using your breath. We begin slow and build on the sequence depending on your individual level. Vinyasa is excellent for students who find that sweating and movement helps create a state of physical exertion and mental concentration leading to deep relaxation and steadiness after class.
Integrating movement and breath, this class is aimed at the seasoned beginners and regular practitioners.
--- Introducing twists, some backbends, approachable inversions, be prepared to explore both beginning and intermediate poses. Modifications are given allowing the students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to their needs. With the addition of a little warmth of the room, you'll start to find more energy, physical strength, increased flexibility, and postures that aren't always accessible when the body is not warm. Average room temperature is 95. All levels welcome.
Vinyasa II
Vinyasa II takes your practice to the next level! Explore more dynamic yoga poses that connect your breath and movement. A general yoga foundation will be assumed while focusing on improving your alignment, strength, flexibility, and breath control through more complex movements and sequencing. Arm balances, twists and inversions can be expected. This class is inclusive of all yoga practitioners regardless of their experience.
MixxedFit
We are PEOPLE-INSPIRED. Created and carefully crafted with you - along with 100,000+ other MixxedFit® enthusiasts gin mind. Whether it’s creating the best choreography most suitable for our students, staying 10 minutes after class to help someone, feeding the homeless on our weekends, organizing national campaigns to bring awareness to various platforms and non-profit organizations, our instructors are leaders in the communities who pride themselves on volunteering, fundraising, and making a difference in our communities beyond the gym walls.
We play all genres of music & lyrics are typically in English. You will hear hits that you would hear on the radio from Top 40, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, Reggae, and everything in between.
Our moves are repetitive and easy to follow. We do this so you can maximize your workouts rather than focus on complicated choreography. We want you leaving the gym dripping in sweat! We incorporate bodyweight toning. You will perform effective body-weight exercises that will tone and sculpt your body. Everything we do is explosive. All of our movements are big, exaggerated, and our very best. This allows us to burn more calories.
YinYasa
YinYasa is a combination of Yin and Vinyasa. It's a great time to break down the asanas (postures) alignment and slow down your day. We'll take our time to ease into the body and release tension throughout.
Typically the flow starts by slowly waking and opening up the entire body, beginning on the floor and taking our time to make it up in standing postures. This flow offers lots of time to rest, reassure, and retry various postures. Average room temperature is 85 degrees.
Hatha Fusion
Based loosely on the concepts of the original 26 pose hatha class, hatha fusion offers you the best of both worlds. Expect an emphasis on standing postures, longer holds, and a good amount of time for floor work and back bends. While not every class will have your traditional chaturanga vinyasa, there will be more breath to movement flowing from one pose to the next than your traditional hatha class. You will leave feeling grounded, open, and rejuvenated.
Sculpt
Sculpt is a fun, dynamic and exciting workout class practiced in a warm room (but don't worry, you will receive a lot of fresh air!). It is for ALL levels. The class incorporates body weight exercises, weights, and resistance bands that can sculpt your body in this full-body workout. Sculpt classes may not contain much yoga, but breathwork and alignment are crucial when using weights. Come regularly and watch your strength build!
*** weights and resistance bands are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you would like.

Late Cancel procedures & policies:
